One of the main reasons why we are obsessed with traveling is because we get the chance to try authentic and new food. We were very excited when we heard that the Spanish Embassy is organizing a food and wine festival prepared by 2 Michelin Star Chefs; Chef Lorenzo Gomez and Chef Jacobo Manchon, who came all the way from Spain to give us a delightful experience at Casino du Liban.
• We started with a variety of cheese and Spanish cold cuts. They were fresh and tasty. We accompanied them with croquette bites full of cheese and ham, an octopus potato salad and lots of Spanish specialty appetizers.

Now for the dessert, we indulged in the Spanish cake, crème caramel and "riz au lait". They were the perfect ending to this "Español Fiesta".
